Michelle Ralph, a passionate industry professional, joins the experienced Paxton Hoad team as Licensee.
Michelle’s reputation in the industry has been built on her meticulous attention to detail, passion for results and innovative, progressive sales technique. Before transitioning into property sales, Michelle excelled in the motor vehicle sales industry where she was ranked in the top ten salespeople for the brand nationally.
Since her move into property sales in 2007, Michelle established and managed a large Property Management department for an inner city agency, whilst continuing to achieve strong sales results for her many loyal clients. She complements this diverse experience with a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and is a Triennial Licence Holder, and the Licensee for Paxton Hoad.
On a personal level Michelle has been investing in property since she was a teenager, learning very early on the power of property investment as a wealth creation tool. Michelle loves to travel, spend time with her enormous family, and can often be found cheering for her husband, Sean, in his many triathlon races.
