From a very young age, Raymond had the chance of learning the art of selling from his parents who owned a successful retail chain in Singapore. As he grew older, he realised that selling was his gift and passion.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Information Management from University of Western Australia, Raymond's first job was being employed as a sales executive in Sumitomo Corporation Singapore. There, he achieved much higher sales figures than his peers which confirmed his selling abilities. In year 2000, he obtained his real estate sales licence (CEHA) but did not practise.
He went on to work for Seagate Technology and GlaxoSmithKline before being introduced to the real estate industry. This proved to be the best career move for him.
In his first year at Singapore's largest property agency, Propnex, he achieved Top 30 Champion out of approximately 5,000 agents for one month and Top 150 Champion for one quarter.
After migrating to Perth, Raymond who speaks English, Chinese and three other Asian dialects, continued his career as a sales representative. He has an exceptional track record and has been consistently recognised by REIWA for his achievements over the years.
The feedback that he frequently receives from his clients showed him to be a dedicated, professional agent with a high level of integrity.
